Characteristic
SR 9100 is one-component (Alcoxy) is a silicone sealant. It is designed to provide adhesion and thermal transfer for the cooling of various electrical components. It can be used for bonding and fixing electrical components that is required heat radiation. It has excellent flame resistance and no corrosive metal copper.
